Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)Location: Lewisham, South East London

Are you a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a secondary school setting? We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable LSA to join a welcoming and well-regarded school in Lewisham on a full-time basis.

The Role:

• Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
• Assist students with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum effectively
• Support behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment
• Deliver targeted interventions where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
• Strong knowledge of supporting students with diverse learning needs
• A proactive, adaptable, and patient approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A degree is preferred
