We are seeking a Enterprise Architect to design and implement innovative technology solutions within the property industry. This temporary position based in London requires a strategic thinker with expertise in technology architecture and implementation.
Client Details
The client is a leading UK-based Real Estate Investment Trust(REIT) and one of Europe's most prominent owners, managers, and developers of modern warehouses, industrial properties, and data centres. They are seeking a driven and ambitious Enterprise Architect with 2-3 years of experience to support the ongoing transformation of its architecture landscape. This role is ideal for someone early in their architecture career who is eager to learn, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and motivated to work at the forefront of technology - including orchestration tools and Agentic AI. You will work closely with the Senior Enterprise Architect to help analyse the organisation's current architecture ecosystem, shape governance structures, and contribute to the development of a clear, future-ready roadmap.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect are:
- Architecture Landscape Analysis: Support the review and assessment of the full enterprise architecture landscape to help create a coherent and actionable roadmap.
- Governance Enhancement: Assist in revising and strengthening architecture governance structures, ensuring existing assets are effectively utilised across the organisation.
- Enterprise Architecture Journey: Contribute to defining the EA maturity journey, including supporting the planning and adoption of orchestration tools and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior leadership and technical teams to gather insights, communicate findings, and help drive alignment on architectural priorities.
- Hands-On Support: Roll up your sleeves to support a wide variety of tasks across governance, solution architecture, and platform understanding.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a consultancy environment, preferably Big 4.
- Solution- and platform-agnostic mindset with a strong willingness to learn and expand technical depth.
- Strong communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Solid, transferable skills across governance, architectural analysis, and problem solving.
- Foundational understanding of solution and data architecture, ideally with exposure to or interest in the TOGAF framework.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved across a broad remit.
- Genuine curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience or exposure to the real estate industry (training can be provided if not).
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate ranging from £650 to £750 a day Inside IR35 (may be negotiable).
