Location: Newham Salary: Grade 5 (Inner London): £31,716 FTE + Performance & Loyalty Bonus Start Date: September Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for an inspirational, creative, and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant Early Years team. This is a unique opportunity to not only act as a Key Worker within our nursery but to take the lead on our Early Years Wraparound Provision, ensuring our youngest learners are supported, engaged, and cared for from the start of their day to the finish.

The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will be a cornerstone of our Early Years department. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Leading Wraparound Care: Managing the "extended day" experience-from planning engaging activities and ordering catering to being the friendly face for parents and carers.
- Key Worker Responsibilities: Contributing to high-quality teaching, planning, and observations to track child progress.
- Inclusive Excellence: Working closely with teachers to identify learning barriers and ensuring children with SEN or disadvantaged backgrounds have every opportunity to flourish.
- Creating Environments: Maintaining a classroom that is reflective, engaging, and constantly evolving to meet the interests of the children.
What You'll Bring
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Childcare and Education (required) and GCSE-level standard (or equivalent).
- Skills: A basic knowledge of First Aid (with a willingness to undergo further training) and proficiency in Microsoft software.
