We are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Blackpool and the surrounding areas, who are looking to appoint Cover Supervisors to support with day-to-day and long-term cover.This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people to gain valuable classroom experience.As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
• Support students with their learning across a range of subjects
• Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
• Gain experience across different subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)

We're keen to hear from individuals who:

• Are confident leading a classroom and engaging students
• Have experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, etc.)
• Are considering a career in teaching or education
• Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Are reliable, professional, and adaptable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
