Hybrid role, 1 or 2 days in the office per week. We’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator / Developer to join our internal IT team and take ownership of our NetSuite platform. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting and enhancing internal systems that underpin core business operations.
You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations and other internal teams to ensure NetSuite is stable, secure and continually improved to meet evolving business needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Administer, support and develop our NetSuite ERP environment
- Design, build and maintain workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), saved searches and custom records
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other internal systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related incidents, changes and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure performance, data integrity, access controls and best-practice configuration
- Support upgrades, testing and release management
- Produce clear documentation and provide guidance to internal users
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator and/or Developer
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), workflows and saved searches
- Experience supporting NetSuite in an internal (in-house) environment
- Understanding of ERP processes, particularly finance and operations xwzovoh
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, etc.)
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics or advanced reporting
- Exposure to ITSM processes and change management
- Experience working in a regulated or scaling organisation
