Waking Night Support Worker

Location: Irlam, Manchester 

Hours: 10pm to 8am

Time Recruitment is selecting a Waking Night Support worker for a twenty bedded secure childrens service; all beds are contracted to the Youth Custody Service.

As a Waking Night Support worker here your duties will include:

• Visual checks on all the young people
• Complete electronic personnel event sheet and regular observations every 15 minutes 
• Emergency response 
• Laundry management
• Kitchen,office and visiting room to be cleaned
• Lounge areas cleaned and vacuumed 
• Rubbish removed

Requirements for the Waking Night Support Worker:

• De-escalation xwzovoh knowledge and techniques
• Safeguarding and risk management knowledge 
• PMVA/Restraint trained
