Temporary Primary School Cleaner
Location: NorthwichContract: Temporary – 2 monthsHours: 2 hours per day (weekday evenings or early mornings, to be confirmed)
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to support a primary school in Northwich on a temporary basis for approximately two months. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Replenishing soap, paper towels, and other supplies as required
- Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures at all times
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained daily
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (school or commercial setting desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, xwzovoh and detail-oriented
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (or already hold a valid DBS)
- Understanding of basic health & safety practices
