- Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with established service level agreements.
- Produce concise reports from PPM visits, submitted promptly in line with customer KPIs.
- Maintain accurate schedules and trackers of maintenance works for full visibility to both the company and the customer.
- Carry out small repairs, remedial works, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Respond to customer service calls in the event of system failures.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.
The Ideal CandidateSystem Knowledge: Familiarity with Schneider EcoStruxure is expected. Advantageous experience includes Tridium, Trend, IQVision, or ALC, though training will be provided for other systems.Industry Experience: Proven experience within the building controls industry and a solid understanding of mechanical plant.
