Fin London is a creative content production company in Soho Square, London. We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of Global marketing content for a health and wellness brand. This role sits at the intersection of production, localisation and client operations.
About the role
- Manage the delivery of marketing content across 10+global markets for a Health and Wellness brand.
- Act as localisation Producer for UK & ANZ markets including reviewing and adapting content from en_US to en_GB and en_ANZ for CRM, paid social, and website/app channels.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational requests from the client and translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable tasks.
- Collaborate and manage a creative team of designers and 4x localisation producers.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of production assets using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, and Google Suite, ensuring consistent delivery standards, timelines and quality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including clients and partner agencies.
- Plan and execute large-scale productions when required, including talent and voiceover booking, production documentation, and budget tracking.
- Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Must haves:
- Experience in marketing, localisation or content production, managing high-volume, fast-paced delivery environments.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience using AI tools for localisation and /or workflow solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with localisation CAT tools.
- Another language (FR, DE, SE, NL, FRCA desirable)
- Experience working with global brands or multi-market campaigns
Hybrid, with min of 3 days per week in the London office.
Salary £45,000 per annum. Immediate start preferred.
