We are delighted to be partnering with a reputable and long-standing law firm in London that is looking to recruit a driven and meticulous Conveyancing Paralegal to join its expanding Residential Property team.

The Role:

In this position, you will assist fee earners in managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, handling transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career within a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Preparing legal documentation and professional correspondence
• Carrying out property searches and handling Land Registry submissions
• Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
• Keeping case files up to date and accurately maintained
• Assisting fee earners while ensuring deadlines are consistently met

Requirements:

• At least 1 year’s experience in a conveyancing or property-related role
• Solid knowledge of the conveyancing process
• High level of accuracy and strong organisational ability
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload independently
• Familiarity with case management systems

Desirable:

• Law degree or LPC qualification
• Experience managing files from instruction through to completion
