Role Description

We are seeking a confident and driven First Response Executive to be the first point of contact for new client enquiries.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a background in sales or customer-facing roles. You will speak with potential clients, understand their situation, and guide them through the next steps while building trust and confidence from the outset.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confident, articulate, and able to build rapport quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and online tools
• Basic understanding of investing and/or cryptocurrency (advantageous)
• Previous experience in sales, call handling, or a client-facing role
• Target-driven with a strong focus on conversion
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
• Empathetic and professional when dealing with vulnerable clients
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
