Responsibilities & Tasks: Basic food preparation. Stock control and storage. Serving staff and general hospitality. Cleaning and general kitchen duties. Dish and pan washing. Completion of Records Collect, sort, and wash laundry (e.g. uniforms, linens, towels). Operate washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently. Monitor laundry supplies and report low stock. Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area. To undertake any reasonable duty at the request of the Production Manager Essential Criteria; Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards. Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good time management and organisational skills.
