We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Project Worker to join our team and deliver strengths-based, recovery-focused support that empowers individuals to live well and thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
You will:
- Develop trusting and therapeutic relationships with service users
- Support wellbeing and safety management plans
- Assist with daily living skills including budgeting, cooking and home management
- Support tenancy sustainment and independent living
- Facilitate therapeutic and group activities
- Promote social inclusion, positive health and recovery
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team communication
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary partners
Who We're Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceApplicants must meet one of the following:
- QCF/NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a related subject plus 6 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting
OR
- Minimum 12 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting
Knowledge & Skills- Proven experience motivating, supporting and mentoring service users
- Experience maintaining service user and agency records
- Working knowledge of IT systems
CircumstancesFlexibility to work across a rota including early, late, weekend and night cover shifts
