A market leading business based in theBallymenaarea are seeking to appoint a Financial Controller to take responsibility for day-to-day oversight of their finance function, managing an established team and reporting to the CFO. With this business going from strength to strength, this represents an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and ambitious finance professional seeking a long-term opportunity with scope for further progression.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of management accounts
- Preparation of budgets/forecasts
Tax compliance
Overseeing and developing the finance team
Managing relationships with key external stakeholders
Leading the year-end audit process
Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function
Act as a business partner to commercial teams
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
