This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-profile education, leisure, and public-sector developments, with a strong mix of refurbishment and new-build projects across Perth and Dundee. The role will involve: Managing subcontractors and site teams Leading programme delivery and weekly progress monitoring Liaising with clients, consultants and design teams Working closely with commercial teams on project financial performance Managing health & safety, RAMS and CDM compliance Chairing subcontractor and progress meetings Coordinating labour, materials and day-to-day site operations Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard Requirements Previous experience working for a tier one or recognised main contractor Strong operational construction/project delivery background Experience delivering education, public-sector or large commercial projects preferred Excellent programme and subcontractor management skills Strong client-facing and leadership ability SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance Why Apply?
