Wealth & Advice Product Analyst
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Reporting to: Senior Product Manager

The Role
We’re looking for a Wealth & Advice Product Analyst to help shape and validate AI powered tools for the wealth management and financial advice industry.
This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in financial advice who wants to apply their expertise in a product and technology environment. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams, acting as the bridge between real world advice processes and scalable AI solutions.
This is not a traditional advice role — it’s an opportunity to influence the future of advice technology and build products used across the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Validate initiatives through discovery Turn high-level product initiatives into detailed advice workflows and solution concepts — and take those ideas directly to buyers and users to test assumptions, understand pain points and validate that what we're building reflects how they actually work.
- Be the advice domain expert Act as the source of truth on what good advice looks like — ensuring our AI products reflect real suitability standards, FCA expectations and the operational reality of running an advice firm.
- Prototype and map solutions Work alongside the Head of Wealth Product and design to map detailed advice workflows, prototype solution concepts and identify edge cases before a single line of code is written.
- Validate what gets built Review and test product outputs through the lens of an adviser, paraplanner or compliance reviewer — ensuring what we ship meets the standards your peers would expect.
- Scan the market Maintain an ongoing view of competitors, emerging advice technology and shifts in how firms are adopting AI — feeding insights into product discovery and roadmap conversations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in financial advice or wealth management
- Background as a Paraplanner, Financial Adviser or Compliance File Reviewer
- Strong understanding of the UK advice landscape
- Level 4 Diploma (CII, CISI or LIBF)
Knowledge
- Financial advice processes and suitability requirements
- FCA regulatory expectations
- Tax wrappers and core financial planning products (pensions, ISAs, investments, protection)
- Advice tech ecosystem (CRMs, cashflow tools, report writing software)
Mindset & Working Style
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable working with product and engineering teams
- Curious about technology and its role in improving advice workflows
- Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and shape solutions from scratch
