We are about to relaunch after our major refurbishment, our luxury 5-star venue is evolving, along with our people and people function.
We’re seeking an experienced People Business Partner to help embed a true partnering model led by our Group Head of People, working closely with senior leaders and the business, working in collaboration to drive performance, capability and engagement.
This is a high-impact role where you will:
• Partner senior stakeholders to deliver a commercially focused people approach
• Deliver people initiatives that support a high-performance, service-led culture
• Use data and insight to influence decisions and improve outcomes
• Strengthen our HR/people processes, systems and frameworks
• Support a business-wide upskilling journey to deliver exceptional standards
About you:
You are an established People Business Partner with strong commercial acumen, who brings stakeholder credibility and curiosity, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’re comfortable operating both strategically and operationally and motivated by driving meaningful change.
Qualfications
· CIPD Level 5 (Associate) or Level 7 (Chartered) qualified, or equivalent experience.
· Commitment to ongoing professional development.
