Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Retrofit Site Manager to oversee remediation and cladding projects across social housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee cladding remediation works, including compliance with current safety regulations
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in remediation and cladding projects
• Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and façade systems
• SMSTS and relevant construction certifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
