Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled machine operator to join our team, responsible for assembling and manufacturing products in accordance with production plans, documented procedures, and quality requirements.

You will be required to run three specific types of Parafix machinery, which will include everything from reading technical drawings through to completion of customer/Quality compliant parts including full set up of all machinery. You will also ensure the appropriate course of actions are taken as soon as any issues likely to affect the quality of product being produced is noticed and will keep accurate and timely information relating to cGMP and GDP. You will also take the appropriate actions to fully investigate the root cause in conjunction with the Quality team and appropriate team members.

The role also includes working within controlled cleanroom environments, following strict contamination‑control procedures, gowning requirements, and environmental standards to ensure product integrity.

The operator maintains excellent housekeeping, machine cleanliness, and adherence to documented instructions. Where documentation gaps exist, appropriate action is taken with Team Leaders to ensure compliance.
