Anzurra is offering a rare opportunity to join our team in a critical delivery and client-facing role within our business.
This is not a standard recruitment position.
We’re looking for someone who can combine candidate research, sourcing, and delivery with client interaction, insight, and ownership. Someone who wants to move beyond simply sending CVs and instead become a trusted part of how clients hire.
About the Role:
You’ll sit at the centre of our delivery function, working closely with leadership on key international mandates across construction, infrastructure, and disputes.

This is a hands-on role that requires pace, ownership, and attention to detail, but also judgement, communication, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Italian or French language skills would be a strong advantage, but not essential.
