The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Manager who combines execution capability with leadership potential.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will:
- Own customer relationships end-to-end
- Influence commercial strategy
- Drive business growth initiatives
- Position yourself for a future leadership role
You step into a role with visibility, autonomy, and direct impact on revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Manage key customer accounts from first contact to contract execution
- Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance)
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives beyond day-to-day sales
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers
- Manage order pipeline, backlog, and delivery alignment
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive results
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Experience in sales / business development / account management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial risk
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership
Preferred
- Aerospace or technical industry exposure
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Leadership potential (future team management)
