Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver personalised one-to-one coaching and impactful training sessions to store employees and managers.
- Work closely with employees to pinpoint training needs and performance gaps, crafting bespoke solutions that drive success.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programmes that align with our strategic goals, delivering them through a mix of classroom sessions, webinars, and digital platforms.
- Support the uniform implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring all locations meet our high standards of operation and compliance.
- Produce detailed monthly reports that summarise store visits, training activities, and key outcomes, using this data to refine future training initiatives.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training, providing insightful recommendations for enhancements.
- Forge strong, trusting relationships with store teams, fostering a culture of continuous development and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in training, learning & development, or coaching, with a proven track record of enhancing employee performance.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, capable of captivating both individual and group audiences, across face-to-face and virtual settings.
- Skilled in designing and implementing innovative training programmes that meet business needs and drive commercial performance.
- Excellent at verbal and written communication, with stellar interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Highly organised with impeccable planning and time-management skills.
- Adept at conducting thorough training needs analyses and measuring the impact of training initiatives.
- Comfortable navigating a regional travel schedule independently, maintaining productivity and motivation on the move.
Qualifications:
- A recognised training qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development or equivalent) is preferred.
- A full UK driving licence is essential due to the field-based nature of this role.
