Role Description

As the General Manager at Natural Spa Factory, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our GMP, manufacturing processes, supply chain, operations and team leadership. Responsibilities include driving business growth, managing budgets, optimising operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions while maintaining our brand’s high standards of product quality and service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bath.

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Operational expertise, including supply chain management and workflow optimisation.
• Knowledge of the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and achieving profitability goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and team collaboration.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to drive business growth and address challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in business management tools and familiarity with industry trends is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
