Senior Architectural Technician

Konker is working with a well-established Cheltenham-based architectural practice that's continuing to grow and is now looking to add a Senior Architectural Technician to their team.

This is a genuinely solid opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, support when needed, and a clear route to progress, without being micromanaged.

The practice is a team of 13, so still small enough that you'll know everyone, but structured enough (with Architects and Chartered Technologists in the team) that you'll be properly supported as you develop.

The Role: Senior Architectural Technician

You'll be joining the technical side of the business, working across a mix of residential-led schemes (around 60-70%), alongside increasing work in specialist care, commercial and education.

You'll be involved across RIBA stages, but with a real focus on technical stages and some design development, so a good balance of design, technical input and real project responsibility.

The Position: Senior Architectural Technician

• £30,000-£40,000
• 20-22 days holiday + Christmas/New Year shutdown (around 25 days total)
