About the Role
Our client - an innovative scaling leader in FX Payments, is looking for multiple highly motivated Business Development Manager's (BDMs) to join their London sales team, focusing on driving business growth and expanding their market presence. In this role, the BDM will be key to identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
The BDM will play a crucial role in helping our client achieve their revenue targets, leveraging a passion for sales and market analysis. With strategic thinking and dynamic problem-solving, this role will help overcome challenges in a competitive landscape and position our client as a leader in the industry. A strong drive to meet targets and goals will be essential, along with the confidence to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. The BDM will work closely with one of the client’s skilled Head of Desks who are the top in industry, gaining valuable industry insights and support to enhance performance. Alongside the Head of Desks and Sales Director the BDM will also receive full training on FX and Sales, and mentorship, equipping them with the tools needed for success. The BDM will be part of a collaborative team in the London office (central London), during the training in your first months with the business it'll be 5 days in office and post training it'll be a hybrid based role. The office environment encourages bonding, fun, and teamwork while maintaining a strong work ethic.
Salary:: 50k basic salary with uncapped earning potential through a strong commission structure.
Interview process generally 2-3 weeks;
Stage 1) 20 min qualifying call or video call with X4 (recruiter)
Stage 2) 45-60 min FTF in clients office (central London)
Stage 3) Final FTF in office with short presentation / practice cold call
