Senior General Manager Role
- Full accountability for a complex, high:volume site with 8 distinct revenue streams
- Acting as the face of the business, highly visible, engaging with guests, team, and stakeholders
- Driving commercial performance, growth, and operational excellence
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a large, multi:layered team
- Overseeing all aspects of the operation including finance, marketing, people, and guest experience
- Working closely with ownership on strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement
Right Person
- Proven experience as a Senior General Manager or similar in a high:volume, multi:faceted environment
- Strong commercial acumen with full P and L responsibility
- A natural leader who leads from the floor and thrives in a front:facing role
- Experience managing complex operations with multiple revenue streams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act decisively
- Passionate about people, culture, and guest experience
- Resilient, hands:on, and comfortable operating at pace
