Role: Director of Product (Growth & Experimentation)
Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus + equity
Location: Hybrid London (flexible office time)
We’re working with a fast-growing InsurTech business using data, AI, and automation to modernise how motor insurance is priced and delivered.
They’re hiring a hands‑on Director of Product with a strong builder mindset, focused on growth and experimentation – someone who doesn’t just define direction, but gets into the detail, drives execution, and takes ownership of outcomes end‑to‑end.
This is a commercially accountable, operator‑style role focused on building the systems that actually move revenue, margin, and customer outcomes – not just shipping features.
