We’re seeking a commercial, intellectually curious Deals Tax Senior Manager to join a tight‑knit team advising on some of the most significant cross‑border transactions in the market. What you’ll do

• Lead tax workstreams on high‑value, multi‑jurisdictional M&A, restructurings, investments, and capital markets transactions.
• Work directly with Partners and senior stakeholders, often gaining a seat‑at‑the‑table view of live negotiations and strategic decision‑making.
• Deliver clear, commercially grounded tax advice that shapes deal structure, valuation, and execution.
• Coordinate seamlessly with corporate finance, legal, and international tax teams to provide integrated transaction support.
• Mentor junior team members and help build a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
