Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, testing, and scaling of high‑performing marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can independently own creative direction while leveraging performance data to continuously optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end creative strategy for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Lead creative ideation, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles for performance marketing
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high‑converting creatives
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative improvements
- Conduct in‑depth competitor and market research to inform campaign direction
- Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and scalable campaign concepts
- Drive continuous optimization of ad creatives to improve CTR, CPA, and ROI
- Mentor junior creatives or provide direction where needed
Requirements
- 3‑4+ years of experience in a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing, or similar role
- Strong expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns through creative testing and iteration
- Experience leading creative direction and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools is highly preferred
