Consulting Director
- £150,000 basic + 30% bonus, travel allowance and benefits
- Home based, with some travel across UK
We are working with a high‑performing, independent business transformation consultancy, looking to add to their senior leadership team. Driving transformation projects cross industry in change, PMM and PMO, this consultancy are in a strong period of growth and looking for revenue generating Directors who can help drive more project work from both existing and new clients.
The Consulting Director will lead strategic growth, develop senior client relationships and drive revenue across a portfolio of accounts whilst leading and empowering teams to deliver on those projects.
Role Highlights
- Own and deliver a £3m sales target across both new and existing clients in a target sector (both "hunting" and "farming")
- Build and expand senior stakeholder relationships to unlock growth opportunities
- Lead and mentor consultants in the team
- Oversee delivery excellence across programmes
- Take leadership responsibility for a key business area or market proposition
You Will Need
- Proven success in consulting sales, account growth and revenue delivery. Evidence of having delivered £2m plus annual revenue in the past is essential
- A strong network in your sector with the ability to win new business through relationships
- Experience leading high‑performing teams within consulting and transformation environments
- Commercial acumen with accountability for profitability and financial targets
- Sector experience in Defence or Utilities would be beneficial
