Overview

To be responsible in managing the Centre in the provision, delivery and development of high quality and cost-effective services. To seek ways to improve the income and usage of the Centre. To control expenditure at the Centre within the agreed budget. To ensure the effective running of the centre for customers. To co-ordinate staff resources to meet the operational requirements of the centre and to be part of the shift rota. To encourage teamwork through open communication and leadership. To maintain good relationships with existing hirers. To monitor the performance of the operation through budget reporting procedures. To take responsibility for health and safety at the Centre.
