Bridebook is a SaaS and Marketplace scale‑up business revolutionising the wedding industry. We are proud to be the UK’s number one wedding planning app and the ONLY global provider! Our mission is to make the wedding planning journey as happy as possible for engaged couples everywhere!
With over 90% of the world’s 7.5bn population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive. It is 50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet it sadly lags in digitalisation and lacks solutions for the modern‑day needs of both couples and businesses.
Our innovative platform is designed to make wedding planning effortless and stress‑free. From personalised wedding checklists, budget management tools, a vast selection of venues and suppliers, and endless inspiration – you can access it all at your fingertips, on your mobile device! After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world. This exciting expansion makes it a truly fantastic time to join us on our journey!
Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech‑focused minds! We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as been rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.
Senior Product Manager (B2C)
This role is all about our couples, owning and evolving the product across web and mobile to make planning a wedding feel as exciting and seamless as it should be.
You’ll lead a cross‑functional squad, balancing day‑to‑day delivery with long‑term strategy, and turning bold ideas into meaningful product experiences.
Specific responsibilities
- You articulate a clear vision for the consumer product experience and translate it into a focused, outcome‑led roadmap.
- You synthesise market trends, customer insights, and business goals—applying strong consumer tech product intuition (PLG loops, search & discovery, save/favourite mechanics, conversion UX)—to define priorities and strategic bets.
- You ensure alignment across stakeholders and communicate the “why” behind decisions.
- You lead OKR planning around the consumer funnel (search → favourite → enquiry), defining north stars, input metrics and guardrails.
- You work closely with the BI team to lead a hypothesis‑led experimentation programme: craft testable hypotheses, design A/B/n and multivariate tests, size samples and power, set success thresholds, and ensure statistical rigour and ethical standards.
- You establish and maintain product health and funnel metrics; you instrument analytics, review performance regularly, and steer decisive follow‑up actions.
- You drive delivery with Product Design, Engineering, B2B Product, Marketing and Operations to land high‑quality releases on a predictable cadence.
- You set the priorities for your squad, make day‑to‑day decisions to support delivery, motivate and inspire them to focus on the right things in the right way at the right time.
- You embed qualitative and quantitative learning into decision‑making—from opportunity framing through to post‑launch.
- You engage directly with couples and venues to understand needs, validate hypotheses and de‑risk solutions early via prototypes, smoke tests and concierge experiments.
- You advocate for inclusive, accessible experiences that reduce stress and increase joy.
People leadership & craft
- You model strong product craft, feedback culture and effective ways of working across the squad.
- You uplevel experimentation, discovery and communication practices across the team.

- Data‑informed and hypothesis‑driven; comfortable with experiment design, statistical concepts and trade‑offs.
- To create joyful experiences that align with the most up‑to‑date design trends.

Equal employment opportunity
Research shows that women, neurodiverse individuals, and members of other under‑represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Bridebook we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.
