While a technical foundation is essential, our client is primarily seeking an individual with the right mindset to drive their data-driven journey.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of BI & Analytics, you will move beyond execution to design and manage the organisation's overarching data architecture. You will bridge the gap between Technology and Data teams, turning existing data flows into a comprehensive future-state strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Strategy: Define the data architecture strategy and develop maturity plans.
• Governance: Establish data standards and policies to ensure integrity and security.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams and represent Data in the Architecture Review Board.
• Leadership: Coach and line manage a Junior Data Architect.

Your Profile

• Experience: Proven background in data modeling, integration, or governance.
• Technical Base: Familiarity with SQL Server/Oracle, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and data modeling tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and a talent for translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Values: You are authentic, accountable, and believe in the power of working together.
