About the Role and How We Work
We are building a culture that lets engineers own and deliver features end‑to‑end. As a Product Engineer at Ashby, you will take responsibility for a large portion of a product, from research and spec writing to design, implementation, and launch.
Our engineering environment is intentionally lean: no daily stand‑ups, no planning meetings, and very little process overhead. The focus is on speed, ownership, and creative problem‑solving in a team of talented engineers.
