Description
The Personal Injury Solicitor will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, including Multi‑Track cases
- Assisting partners and senior lawyers on high‑value and complex serious injury claims
- Drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence, and supporting preparation for trial
- Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, case managers, and other stakeholders
- Contributing to business development initiatives and team knowledge sharing
Profile
The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 2 – 5 years’ PQE in claimant Personal Injury work
- Experienced in handling Multi‑Track cases, ideally including serious injury matters
- Familiar with Major Trauma Centres, case managers and rehabilitation processes
- Knowledgeable in the Rehabilitation Code of Practice and Serious Injury Guide
- A strong communicator with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting junior team members
- Interested in engaging with business development activities
