Team Rector, Sprowston and North Norwich
We are seeking a gifted priest to serve as Team Rector at an exciting and promising stage in the shared life of the team.
The key opportunities in this post:
- Shape and develop a young Team Ministry – nurture and articulate ashared vision drawing on our diverse strengths.
- Lead a major initiative in mission – Streams Multipliers – in Sprowston, to grow the church in numbers and impact, as part of the Diocesan Strategy, using external investment.
- A parish combining rich congregational life with significant housing growth.
- Established schools ministry with clear potential for further development.
- A community where pastoral ministry is highly valued.
- Asupportive clergy and lay team with diverse gifts and experience.
