About The Role
- You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the day-to-day running of the shop
- Oversee targets, financial records and handle banking
- Ensure compliance with trading standards, Gift Aid and Hospice policies
- Build positive community relationships and recruit, train and support volunteers
- Manage shift cover and encourage positive culture through team meetings and training
- Ensure volunteer training and mandatory updates are completed on time
- Work regularly with the Retail Management Team
- Oversee organisation of incoming stock and store display
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a positive and reliable approach with strong communication
- Previous experience working as a store manager
- Is organised, self‑motivated and able to manage their time effectively
- Can comfortably lead and provide training to other staff members
- Is comfortable with basic admin, monitoring shifts and working with management
- Can oversee running of shop and has the flexibility to cover other stores if needed
