Acosta Europe is on an exciting growth journey – we are looking for a highly strategic, commercially minded Chief of Staff to partner directly with our President and help shape the future of our organisation. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic, fast‑paced, customer‑focused business. You will be the President’s trusted advisor, a driver of operational excellence, and the connector who brings our leadership team together around the right priorities at the right time.
About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic force multiplier – ensuring clarity, alignment and execution across Acosta Europe. You will lead high‑impact initiatives, drive organisational effectiveness, improve client outcomes and enhance leadership communication and decision‑making.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks several steps ahead and is energised by delivering results through influence, collaboration and exceptional operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Partner with the President to define, prioritise and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines.
- Lead transformation and cross‑functional projects that elevate performance and client value.
Executive Support & Governance
- Shape leadership agendas, prepare briefings and manage follow‑up on actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President.
- Strengthen alignment with Acosta US, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Global Leadership Team (GLT).
Client & Business Performance
- Monitor commercial performance, market trends and client health metrics.Identify insights, risks and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.Support the optimisation of client relationship management processes.
Communication, Engagement & Change Management
- Drive internal communications around strategy, transformation and organisational updates.
- Champion change initiatives and lead impact assessments and readiness planning.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across the leadership team and wider business.
- Enhance Acosta Europe’s external profile through professional, digital‑first communication.
Project Delivery & Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Lead key programmes from concept through execution.
- Align cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.

- Strong understanding of FMCG, retail or agency environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience in organisational transformation and change management.
