Position Overview

We are looking for a Due Diligence Officer to join our team in Nottingham, Dublin, or London. The officer reports to the DD Manager and supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of onboarding and ongoing DD processes across AmTrust International.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out due diligence checks on all new business requests, support 3rd parties with queries, and assist with issuing relevant contracts.
• Maintain orderly files, ensure documentation is up to date, update in‑house data systems within required timeframes, and keep clear, in‑depth notes on all processes.
• Proactively handle queries from the business to conclusion, liaising with other areas when required.
• Ensure all matters are processed efficiently, accurately and timely, demonstrating consistent and complete consideration of customers and potential customers’ interests.

Qualifications & Skills

The right candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be detail‑oriented, proficient with MS Office, an effective communicator, and a people person who thrives in an ever‑changing environment. Knowledge of the financial sector and FCA/CBI regulations is preferred but not essential.
