Are you a Data Scientist who wants to build ML models that deliver real-world impact from Day one?

Our client is looking to hire a Data Scientist to join a brand-new, high-performing Scrum team focused on developing predictive models to prevent equipment failure. You’ll be working at the intersection of machine learning, engineering, and real-world industrial data, building solutions that customers rely on immediately.

This isn’t a research-only role, this is about production-grade ML. You’ll design models, deploy them, and continuously improve them through automated retraining pipelines as new data flows in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and deploy highly accurate ML models using large-scale datasets
  • Create automated training pipelines that continuously improve model performance
  • Work closely with Data Engineers and DevOps to productionise models at scale
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with domain experts to solve real customer problems with data
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest ML techniques and tools

What they’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning
  • Strong experience with Python, R, or similar
  • Experience working in cloud / scalable environments (a plus)
  • Confident communicator who can tell a story with data
  • Pragmatic mindset

Why This Role?

You’ll be part of a greenfield ML initiative, shaping how predictive models are built, deployed, and improved at scale. If you want to move beyond theory and work on ML that actually gets used, this is it.
