Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join its dynamic Corporate team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer who is passionate about knowledge development, training, and supporting high-performing legal teams in delivering exceptional client service.

The Role

As a Knowledge Management Lawyer in the Corporate team, you will play a central role in enhancing the team’s know-how, ensuring legal excellence, and driving efficiency. You will work closely with partners and associates to develop and maintain precedents, provide technical legal support, and deliver training on key legal developments and market trends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, maintaining, and updating corporate precedents and know-how resources
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and communicating key updates to the team
• Delivering training sessions and supporting the professional development of lawyers at all levels
• Assisting with complex technical queries and supporting transactional work where needed
• Contributing to thought leadership, client briefings, and external publications
• Supporting business development initiatives with high-quality legal insights

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with significant experience in corporate law, gained at a leading law firm.

You will have a strong technical foundation, excellent drafting skills, and a genuine interest in knowledge management and legal innovation.

You will also demonstrate:
