Job Description

The role involves providing high‑quality, practical, legal and regulatory advice across VodafoneThree's consumer and enterprise business, enabling regulatory compliant customer propositions and communications. The role supports the design and delivery of compliant customer journeys and contributes to embedding regulatory governance in commercial decision making. The Legal Counsel / Regulatory Lead acts as a trusted advisor to commercial, product and marketing teams, translating complex regulatory obligations into clear and actionable guidance.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer or experienced regulatory advisor with experience working within a specialist legal/regulatory delivery team advising on UK consumer protection law and Ofcom regulatory frameworks. Understanding of telecoms products, customer journeys and the regulatory and legal frameworks that govern them. Demonstrated ability to embed regulatory obligations into commercial and operational processes at scale. Skilled in balancing compliance requirements with commercial and operational realities. Experience in regulatory enforcement, including advising on complaints, investigations and dispute resolution.
