A great opportunity has arisen for a Landlord Acquisition Consultant to join our client based in Waterloo, SE1 an accredited housing supplier to numerous local authorities across North and East London.

Responsibilities

  • Arranging and conduction viewings for properties; effective diary management
  • Identify and approach private sector landlords and promote the businesses bespokeGuaranteedRental services
  • Working alongside the Lettings Administration department and ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
  • Acquire a sufficient supply of private sector accommodation, providing accommodation of a suitable type, size and location to meet the requirements of clients in housing need.
  • To develop effective marketing and procurement strategies to maximise the number of suitably affordable private rented accommodation available to the business.
  • Provide advice, support and encouragement to landlords with homes to let and increase the number of landlords and letting agencies that work with the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing landlords and letting agents.
  • Contribute to research and service development of the Housing Solutions team, PRS and Local Lettings Agencies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Lettings experience
  • Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Obtain a full valid UK driving licence

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Salary range will be: between £33,000 to £37,000 pa + car allowance OTE of around £50,000 to £60,000
