The Role

- Establish and scale local partnerships and commercial structures
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong brand positioning
Who You Are
- Proven track record in international expansion within beauty or adjacent sectors
- Deep experience managing multiple sales channels across regions
- Commercially sharp with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Able to balance strategy and execution
