Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation sequencing across contracts from manufacturing through to commissioning phases.
- Ensure integration of engineering, construction, and commissioning activities to support project milestones.
- Work closely with planning teams to optimise delivery sequences and minimise project risks.
- Resolve complex interfaces between commissioning, construction, and erection teams.
- Align planning schedules with commissioning milestones and delivery requirements.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for site activities.
- Ensure dependencies and constraints are managed for smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive best-for-project decisions.
- Support integration of planning data using digital tools and analytics.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Analyse project data to inform decision-making and optimise performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of nuclear safety culture and regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of planning, sequencing, and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC contract frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem–solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience with tools like Navisworks, Synchro, or Primavera P6.
- Understanding of risk management and project change control processes.
