We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Migration Consultant to support a major Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.

This role will play a key part in assuring the quality, cleansing and migration of ERP data across Finance, Procurement, HCM and Payroll, ensuring accurate and business-ready data for migration into Oracle Fusion.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and validate large datasets across Oracle ERP modules
• Support data cleansing, transformation and migration activities
• Ensure data integrity, consistency and migration readiness
• Work closely with SMEs, technical teams and reporting workstreams
• Identify and resolve data quality issues impacting business processes

Key experience required

• Strong Oracle EBS data analysis and migration experience
• Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, HCM and Payroll data structures
• Strong SQL and Oracle reporting tool experience
• Understanding of Oracle EBS databases and cross-module relationships
• Experience working on ERP data migration and transformation projects
