The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for leading the development, management and agreement of Target Outturn Cost (TOC0) packages for defined section of scope, part of the overarching Civil Works Programme of SZC. The Preconstruction Manager shall support the development of the strategy for delivering the scope safely and to cost, schedule and quality within the agreed constraints.

As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance) we will support the building for Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low‑carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.

This is a landmark moment for UK infrastructure. As the sister project to Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C is the first British‑owned nuclear power station announced in over three decades, with backing from HM Government and EDF. With Final Investment Decision secured, the project now moves into full delivery with a clear ambition to build the “next of a kind” safer, faster, and more efficiently through smart replication.
