Join us as a Business Analyst supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within Barclays, where you will play a key role in enabling data-driven strategic decision-making. The role will include gathering and analysing business requirements to support CRM and data initiatives, working with data and technology teams to transform and interpret data into actionable insights and visualisations, and supporting the delivery of dashboards and reporting solutions that provide a clear, consolidated view of customer and business metrics.
