AXA Partners are seeking a junior but proactive Project Management Officer (12 Month FTC) to support our Business Leads and Project Managers on the delivery of some of our key compliance-related projects across the organisation. As a Junior PMO, you will work as part of the AXA Partners UK change team and be responsible for ensuring the right standards, processes, policies, training, tooling and reporting are in place to drive a successful delivery. The right candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, the ability to navigate, learn and understand complex programme environments, a resilient, proactive and practical approach, and an ability to quickly grasp concepts, tools, and processes.
