Performance & Contracts Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team created to deliver and support a suite of Skills and Employment Provision delivered across Greater Manchester.
The postholder will manage the performance and monitoring process (including the processing of data returns, claims and relationship management) for contract and grant funded programmes, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to contracted external partners, accurate data returns, financial allocations, robust audit processes and communication with partners.
Performance and Contract Officers are a critical part of the wider team, supporting the delivery of exciting provision that helps deliver our ambitious and ground-breaking priorities. Working as part of a team, wider directorate and closely with the Mayor of Greater Manchester, local authorities, government departments, businesses, voluntary and community sector enterprises, and a broad range of local partners, you can help make a real difference across Greater Manchester.

Hybrid working: the role is part of GMCA's hybrid working scheme. Work will involve a combination of attendance at the Manchester city centre office, Fire and Rescue Service HQ in Swinton or other locations, and remote working from home, depending on business needs.
